    HydraLyte Lyte is an innovative oral rehydration solution designed to replenish the fluids and electrolytes that the body loses daily through sweat, saliva, and urine. HydraLyte’s formula relies on a precise balance of water, electrolytes, and a light touch of glucose to speed up fluid absorption in the body without adding excess sugar.

    Active Ingredients (per 4.9 g sachet):
    Glucose: 2.91 g
    Citric Acid: 880 mg
    Sodium (from sodium chloride): 210 mg
    Potassium (from potassium citrate): 160 mg

    Directions for Use:
    Fill a cup with 200 ml of clean, cold drinking water. For infants under 6 months: use boiled then cooled water.
    Empty the contents of one sachet into the cup and stir well until the HydraLyte powder is completely dissolved.
    Drink slowly and at regular intervals while symptoms persist.
    Discard any unused solution after 2 hours, or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
    Do not mix HydraLyte with juices, carbonated drinks, or sports beverages.
