    DESCRIPTION
    Dietary supplement. Soluble fiber.

    PREPARATION
    Mix 4 g of fibre (1 scoop) with cool water in 250 ml or add it to yoghurts, groats and soups.

    RECOMMENDED USE AND OTHER NOTES
    3 times a day, 1 scoop of the product (1 scoop contains 4 g of the product). Consume in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bedtime with a glass of another drink, tea or fruit juice.
    The product is intended for adults. The preparation may cause a decrease in blood sugar content. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (12 g of the product, which corresponds to 10 g of fiber).
