    HydraLyte Lyte is an innovative oral rehydration solution designed to replenish fluids and electrolytes lost daily through sweating, saliva, and urine. The HydraLyte formula balances water, electrolytes, and a small amount of glucose to promote faster fluid absorption than water alone, without adding excess sugar.

    Active Ingredients (per 4.9 g sachet):
    Glucose: 2.91 g
    Citric Acid: 880 mg
    Sodium (from sodium chloride): 210 mg
    Potassium (from potassium citrate): 160 mg

    Directions for Use:
    Fill a cup with 200 ml of clean, cold drinking water. For infants under 6 months: use boiled then cooled water.
    Empty one sachet into the cup and stir well until the powder completely dissolves.
    Drink slowly at regular intervals while symptoms persist.
    Discard any unused solution after 2 hours, or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
    Do not mix HydraLyte with juices, carbonated drinks, or sports drinks.
